These Terms of Service govern use of capitallumber.co and the website services offered by Capital Lumber Co., Inc. (“Capital Lumber,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Do not attempt unauthorized access; interfere with site operation or security; introduce malware or harmful material; send spam; impersonate another person; or scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially reuse site content except where permitted by law or written permission.

Capital Lumber supplies lumber, building materials, hardware, and related products and may provide special orders, sourcing support, pickup, and delivery. Website content is general information and does not guarantee inventory, grade, dimensions, suitability, delivery timing, or price. Availability, specifications, lead times, taxes, fees, delivery terms, payment terms, and final pricing are established by an accepted quote, order, invoice, account agreement, or other written confirmation. 3. Customer Information and Requests
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, project, delivery, and order information. A website form, email, or call is a request for assistance and does not by itself create a binding order or guarantee fulfillment. Capital Lumber may decline, cancel, or revise a request when products are unavailable, information is incomplete, pricing is incorrect, or fulfillment would be unsafe or impractical.
4. Website Measurement and Privacy
We use Framer, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, CallRail, and related technologies as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Settings. Optional Analytics, Advertising, and Behavior Analytics choices are controlled through the consent interface. Use of submitted information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
